Lemon Square Cheesecake Refrigerated Cake

This is a cheesy, and delicious dessert. It is very easy to prepare and it can be served on any occasion.
This recipe is no-bake and you can prepare anytime with anything available in your kitchen.  Simply need to combine and assemble all the ingredients, refrigerate, and then serve it.

Ingredients:
  • 7 pcs Lemon square cheesecake
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 410ml Kremdensada - chilled overnight
  • 1/3 cup grated cheese
  • More cheese for toppings
  • Cherry for toppings

Instructions:

  1. Open the lemon square cheesecake and put it in a clean bowl or plate.
  2. Slice the top part of the cheesecake and set it aside. We will use it for our toppings later.
  3. Crush the bottom part of the cheesecake until fine in texture and then put it into a bowl.
  4. Add 1/4 cup melted butter into the crushed cake and mix until well combined.
  5. Put the crush into the container and press lightly to the bottom to form a base of the cake, then refrigerate until ready to use.
  6. Whip a 410ml Kremdensada (chilled overnight) until it doubles in volume.
  7. Add 1/3 cup grated sweet cheese and fold slowly until just combined.
  8. Then, pour the cream into the crush and flatten until even level.
  9. Refrigerate it until the cream is a little bit harder, mine was 4 hours.
  10. Roughly crush the top part of the cheesecake from earlier and then sprinkle it on top of the cream.
  11. Grate more cheese for additional topping
  12. Garnish it with a cherry and enjoy

What is Kremdensada?
It is a sweetened thick creamer that combines the goodness of cream and condensed milk in one. It is being sold at any grocery store.

Should you not be able to find one, you can combine condensed milk and cream then you are good to go. They are better if chilled but also good if not. You can just mix and freeze it until it is hard enough to slice.

I use bottled cherry which is also available in any groceries.
