No- Bake Chocolate Mousse Cake


A very quick and simple dessert you can prepare at any time of the day at home. This will surely satisfy your cravings as the combination of the mousse cake with the fudgee barr makes it perfect. 

This recipe is perfect for a chocolate lover and for those who love cake but don't like baking. This is basically a refrigerated cake. Simply combine and assemble all the ingredients and it's done. 

Ingredients:

  • 4packs fudgee barr chocolate flavor for the base
  • 1 cup whip cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 100g melted chocolate
  • dust the top with cocoa powder

Instructions:

  1. Unpack the fudgee barr and place them in the bottom part of your container. I made 2 containers for this recipe, 2 packs per tub. 
  2. Press the cake to make sure there is no gap. This is the base of the cake. Refrigerate while we mix the cream
  3. In a mixing bowl, put 1 cup whip cream
  4. Whip until soft peak
  5. Add 1/4 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence, and 100 grams of melted chocolate
  6. Whip until well incorporated
  7. Pipe the cream into your container or on top of the fudgee barr cake
  8. Flatten the top using a spatula
  9. Dust with cocoa powder
  10. Refrigerate for 4 hours up to overnight before serving. Freeze it for 1-2 hours if you want to eat it already.
