Here is a very easy and simple seafood boil recipe. Only used a few kinds of seafood here, but you can add more as you like. As we know seafood is expensive, so let's make it simple but will surely satisfy our cravings with this recipe.
Ingredients:
- Ginger, sliced
- Mussels
- Blue crab, boiled and cooked
- Cooking oil
- Onion, minced
- Garlic, minced
- Ginger, minced
- Butter Classic
- Paprika powder
- Cayenne powder
- Garlic Powder
- Seasoning powder of your choice - optional
- Tomato Ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 kilo shrimp
- 1 pc corn - cooked
- 1 pc lemon
Instructions:
- Clean all kinds of seafood that you have and put them in a separate bowl each
- Prepare the vegetables and other condiments
- In a pan, put enough water to cover the mussels, and boil it with ginger
- Once it's boiling, add in the mussels and cook until all mussels are open
- Take out mussels and set aside
- Next, boil the crab until it's cooked in the same pan, set aside once cooked
- In a clean pan, put cooking oil
- Saute onion, garlic, and ginger until aromatic
- Add butter and melt
- Continue cooking until it turns a little bit brown
- Then, add the paprika, cayenne, garlic, pepper, and seasoning granules
- Mix well
- Add tomato ketchup
- Add 1/2 cup water and continue cooking for 5 minutes
- Add the shrimp and cook until it turns orange
- Add the cooked corn
- Add the cooked crab
- Add the cooked mussels
- Mix everything until well incorporated
- Squeeze some lemon juice
I intentionally cooked all the ingredients so I can use it next time. You can store it in the fridge. You can also add more kinds of seafood like squid, lobster etc.
