Saging na Saba
Saba is a fruit also known as Saba banana and sometimes referred to as cooking plantain. It is known as a triploid hybrid of a traditional banana. It is much fatter than the typical table banana. It is rich in fiber that helps solve constipation problems.
Danggit
Danggit is a local Philippine fish also known as rabbitfish or spinefoot. It is a well-known product of Cebu province. It is crispy when it is fried and is best to serve with vinegar as a dip.
Dried Fish or Tuyo
Tuyo is salted dried fish. It is a type of Filipino sun-dried fish. It is usually consumed for breakfast, fried, and served with vinegar as a dip or a fresh slice of tomato.
